Products

We sell sealed Yunnan Baiyao Capsules (Jiaonang) in 3-, 5-, 10-, 50- and 400-box packs. Photos show the green retail carton we ship. We are a retailer, not Yunnan Baiyao Group.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include dispatch from the warehouse you select. Card and PayPal payments are taken when you place the order; card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. If you choose bank transfer / payment link, the order is reserved and payment instructions follow by email; we dispatch once payment is received. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if stock becomes unavailable or a price was displayed in obvious error. Title passes when the pack is dispatched from the selected warehouse. Listed prices are retail. Clinic and hospital pricing is available only by written quote after we confirm a work email at the practice via the veterinary partners page.

Registered customers can get a personal share code in My Account (Share & earn). Friends may enter that code or use the referral link at checkout on qualifying retail orders. You cannot apply your own share code on your own orders — that coupon is for friends only. Clinic and hospital restocks use written volume quotes — not household share codes.

Shipping and import

Transit estimates are typical working-day windows, not guarantees. Listed pack prices include dispatch from the warehouse you choose; we do not add a separate shipping line at checkout. The buyer is responsible for local import rules and duties on Yunnan Baiyao Capsules.

Returns

Sealed herbal capsules are not accepted for return or refund once a pack has been dispatched, except where consumer law requires a remedy for goods that arrive damaged, incomplete, or not as described. Write to support@yunnanbaiyaostore.com with your order email and photos if a carton is faulty. We do not offer a cooling-off or unused-goods return window. Cancellations before dispatch, lost parcels and refund timing are set out in full in our Refunds & Returns policy.
