Oral use on many Jiaonang inserts: 1–2 capsules (0.25–0.5 g) four times daily, unless a clinician directs otherwise. Children’s fractions on the leaflet are typically about one-quarter of the adult amount at ages 2–5 and about one-half at ages 6–12 — only under professional guidance.
Bleeding from trauma is often taken with warm water; some non-bleeding bruise patterns and certain gynecologic patterns on the insert mention wine with the dose. Heavy menstrual bleeding patterns on the leaflet usually call for warm water instead. Follow the exact wording in your box.
- For relatively severe traumatic injury, many inserts allow one insurance pill first; light injuries and other listed patterns usually do not need it.

- During use and for one day after stopping, many inserts ask you to avoid fava beans, fish, and sour or cold foods.

- Contains processed aconite on Group labeling — buy and use under a clinician or pharmacist’s guidance; do not invent higher doses.
- Store where children cannot reach. Keep foil dry and sealed until use.
