Data we collect

We collect the name, email, phone, and shipping address you submit on contact or checkout forms, plus the Yunnan Baiyao Capsules packs in your order. If you enter an email at checkout and continue, we keep that address with your cart so we can send a payment link or help if you do not finish the order. Server logs may store IP address and browser type for security.

How we use it

We use that information to fulfill capsule orders, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, send order-status email, and — a few days after delivery — invite a product review. High ratings may include a link to leave a Google review. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

An essential session cookie keeps your cart together while you choose a warehouse. If you pick a depot, we store that choice in a small essential cookie (ynby_depot) so the next page can keep the same warehouse. We may use a CDN country header, or — only after you click Accept — a location cookie (ynby_geo_cc) and a one-time lookup at ipwho.is, to pre-select the nearest depot. That guess is approximate and you can change it. Choosing “Necessary only” skips the location cookie. If you click a share button, we may set a thank-you cookie (ynby_share) so a retail discount can apply at checkout; this does not prove a public post and does not apply to clinic orders. Share buttons open Facebook, X, WhatsApp or your mail app only after you click them. We do not run advertising pixels on this theme.

Retention and contact

Order records are kept for accounting and customer support. Email support@yunnanbaiyaostore.com to request access or deletion where the law allows.
