We sell authentic Yunnan Baiyao from five warehouses. We also set aside limited stock to support research and to help people and groups who cannot pay full retail — animal shelters, universities, nonprofit clinics, and households under real financial strain. Every request is reviewed by hand. Approval is never automatic.

Registered shelters, foster networks, and nonprofit clinics stocking Jiaonang under a veterinarian’s direction. Extra-label animal use still belongs to the attending vet — we only help with supply cost.
Households in hardship
Individuals or families who cannot afford a needed pack after a clinician asked for Yunnan Baiyao. Be honest about the situation; we may ask a few follow-up questions before we commit stock.

- We reply by email. Some requests get free product; others get a deep discount or a partial grant — depending on stock and the story.
- If we say yes, we ship authentic Group packaging from a warehouse that can reach you. Tracking follows like any other order.
- We may ask for a short thank-you note or research citation later. We never sell your story without permission.

Common questions
Is support really free?
Sometimes yes — a full grant of product. Sometimes we offer a steep discount or cover part of a larger order. It depends on stock, shipping cost, and the case.
How long until I hear back?
We try to reply within a few business days. Complex research requests can take longer if we need a supervisor or warehouse check.
Can I apply for a racehorse barn?
Aid is aimed at research, shelters, universities, nonprofits, and household hardship. Covered racehorses have separate clean-sport rules; see the horses handbook and ask the official veterinarian before any product is given.
Do you fund cash grants?
No. We supply authentic Yunnan Baiyao product (or a reduced invoice), not cash transfers.
Will you post my story publicly?
Only with your clear permission. Declining a public thank-you does not hurt your chances.
